My favorite movie: The World's Fastest Indian with Burth Munro, show me that even at mature age, the challenging dreams can turn true, he set the record at 68 years old. And all the engine and bike modifications were done by hand, with scarce resources. I mean, no expert engineers, lab services or even sophisticated machining.

Last week I had the flu, so in the evenings I stopped working and switched to potato sofa mode and watched the 6 chapters of Ayrton Senna, a drama version of this idol's career.

Again, it makes me feel the fear of someone who attempts the impossible, with several barriers such as discrimination and that internal struggle of a leader who sometimes has to consider the feeling that something is not right and maybe it is time to step down.

Both movies are really aligned to the journey of running a company, showing the innovation and applied engineering to customers who are used to old technologies and at the same time managing the resources to keep all the efforts and collaborators on the road.

At the end of this year 2024, several ideas and internal dialogues came to ask me to make an inventory of the milestones and efforts for the next year.

But ultimately, our why is the answer.

In my case, aeronautics, engineering, aerodynamics is something that drives me to get up every day to pursue the dream. Sometimes our idols get the prizes and happy endings like Burt Munro, and the other side, like Senna. A fatal end.

So I just continue to work in my dream.

Do you have a dream?
